Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Enrollment Fees

All program fees are due at the time of enrollment. Fees include tuition for courses, workshops, and special programs.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only when:
• A request is made in writing (email or form) at least 7 days before the program start date.
• The program has not yet begun.

3. No Refund After Program Start

Once a course, workshop, or session has begun or attended, no refund will be issued for fees paid.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

5. Changes by The Brain Train

If The Brain Train cancels a program for any reason, a full refund or credit toward future services will be issued.
